Loan Purpose
The loan aims to cover all your needs concerning your business premises. Thus, it is catered for activities such as:
·      Purchase of a land plot
·      Purchase of completed or under construction business premises
·      Completion of an under construction building
·      Renovation of business premises
 
Loan Terms
The loan addresses businesses active in all sectors of the economy (Light Industry, Commerce, Services) with an annual turn over of up to € 2.500.000 and in business for at least 2 years.
In addition, the loan is granted to scientists (i.e. doctors, dentists, apothecaries etc.) and to all other freelance professionals.
 
Loan Amount
The amount ranges from € 30.000 up to € 600.000
 
Duration
Up to 20 years
 
Loan Rate
·   Fixed rate 7% for 3 years followed by variable rate 5% + client spread from 1% to 3.5%, or
·   Variable rate 5% + client spread from 1% to 3.5% from the loan's commencement
