Loan Purpose
The loan covers your needs for purchasing modern-day industrial equipment (i.e. machinery directly related to the line of production) as well as additional equipment (i.e furnishings, air-conditioning, office or medical equipment etc.)
 
Loan Terms
The loan addresses businesses active in all sectors of the economy (Light Industry, Commerce, Services) with an annual turn over of up to € 2.500.000 and in business for at least 2 years.
In addition, the loan is granted to scientists (i.e. doctors, dentists, apothecaries etc.) and to all other freelance professionals.
 
Loan Amount
The amount ranges from € 15.000 up to € 300.000
 
Duration
Up to 12 years
 
Loan Rate
Ability to select either a fixed rate or a variable commencing at 5.9%* adjusted to the client’s profile.
 
Loan Repayment
ASPIS BANK offers a wide range of flexibilities in repaying your loan, such as:
·      12 month “Grace period” (ability to defer your instalments)
·      Ability to prepay instalments by choosing to decrease the loan’s duration or the amount of future instalments
·      Ability to choose between monthly or quarterly repayments
