The loan aims to accommodate employees of the Private and Public Sector as well as Pensioners with a Payroll Account at ASPIS BANK
Loan Purpose
This loan is offered to cover scheduled or unexpected personal expenses. No supporting documentation is required.
Loan Amount
The amount of the loan offered can reach up to 5 times the gross monthly family (or personal) income on condition that both family members are employees, with the amount on offer ranging from €3,000 to €30,000.
Duration
Up to 96 months
Loan Rate for Private Sector Employees
1. Base rate (variable): 9% + client margin
0.50% discount on the client margin
Loan Rate for Public Sector Employees & Pensioners
1. Base rate (variable): 9% + client margin
1% discount on the client margin
Bonus Program
Clients consistent in payment of instalments and exclusive of early loan repayment are rewarded by a 10% refund of the interest accrued annually, reimbursed at the loan’s completion
Flexibility in Arranging your Monthly Loan Instalments
Repayment by equal monthly instalments. You may benefit through the use of flexibilities on offer with regards to your instalments such as:
· Ability to increase or decrease the amount of the monthly instalment, thus, rearranging the loan’s duration
· Ability to defer the payment of up to two instalments (even two consecutives ones) per year, by prolonging the loan’s duration
· Early partial or full loan repayment at no extra cost during the loan’s variable rate period
