Title: ASPIS BANK New Parents’ Loan

This loan addresses those of you who have recently become parents or have pre-school aged children.

Loan Purpose
The purpose of this loan is to cover the first expenses that arise with the birth of a new child.

Loan Amount
The amount of the loan ranges between € 1.500 and € 30.000.

Duration
Up to 96 months

Loan Rate 
1. Base rate (variable): 9% + client margin

0.50% discount on the client margin.Receipts or invoices pertaining to the purpose of the loan are considered necessary and should be duly submitted. 

Bonus Program
Clients consistent in payment of instalments and exclusive of early loan repayment are rewarded by a 10% refund of the interest accrued annually, reimbursed at the loan’s completion

Flexibility in Arranging your Monthly Loan Instalments
Repayment by equal monthly instalments. You may benefit through the use of flexibilities on offer with regards to your instalments such as:
• Ability to increase or decrease the amount of the monthly instalment, thus, rearranging the loan’s duration
• Ability to  defer the payment of up to two instalments (even two consecutives ones) per year, by prolonging the loan’s duration
• Early partial or full loan repayment at no extra cost during the loan’s variable rate period
