Mortgages for every instance... with the option of being subsidized by the workers’ housing organization.
ASPIS BANK also grants mortgages subsidized by both the Ministry of Finances and the OEK. The agreement with the qualified organizations is renewed annualy.

Mortgage Purpose
The purpose of these mortgages is the purchase, construction, or completion of a first residence. The extension, refurbishment or repair of an existing residence or the purchase of a building plot are not subsidized.
 
Mortgage Amount
The amount of these mortgages depends on the applicant’s family income and the rateable value of the estate.

Duration
The total duration of these mortgages is 15 years. The loan interest is subsidized by the OEK for the first 9 years, while the subsidy by the Ministry of Finances is provided for the first 7.5 years.

Interest Rate
The current floating interest rate is ECB + 1.38%.
 
Special Terms
Mortgage Amortization: from the beginning the client pays off both interest and part of the capital.
