ASPIS BANK also grants subsidized mortgages. The loan interest is subsidized by the Bank of Greece according to L.128/75 following relevant decrees by the Ministry of National Economy.

Mortgage Purpose
The purpose of these mortgages is the purchase, construction, or completion of a first residence.
 
Mortgage Amount
The amount of these mortgages depends on the applicant’s family income and the rateable value of the estate.

Duration
The total duration of these mortgages is 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 years.

Interest Rate
The current floating interest rate is 6.50% today.
 
Special Terms
Mortgage Amortization: from the beginning the client pays off both interest and part of the capital.
