ASPIS BANK announces the disposition of a new type of mortgage, outdoing all interest rates levels currently available through the Greek banking system. The interest is linked to the Prime Interest Rate of the Bank (P.I.R), which today is equal to 4%.

Mortgage Purpose
The mortgage is granted for the purchase, the construction and the development of a residence, as well as for the purchase of a building plot.

Mortgage Amount
The amount of this mortgage ranges up to €600.000.

Duration
The duration of this mortgage can range up to 40 years.

Interest Rate

• Fixed rate

For the first 3 years there is a fixed rate equal to 6%, followed by P.I.R + client's margin from 1%, adjusted to the LTV.

• Variable rate

P.I.R + client's margin from 1%, adjusted to the LTV.
